Scope of work
Each project starts with a written scope. Anything outside that scope is a new project.
Payment
I charge 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Both are due before launch. Monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance each month.
Timeline
Projects take 1 to 3 weeks from deposit to launch, depending on scope. Delays caused by missing client content extend the timeline.
Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Extra rounds are billed at $75/hour.
Cancellation
You can cancel before design approval. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. After design approval, the full amount is due.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final website. I keep the right to display the work in my portfolio.
Liability
I am not responsible for losses caused by third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins).
Contact
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email, and message. That's it. No tracking, no analytics cookies, no third-party scripts.
How I use it
I use your email to reply to your inquiry. I do not sell, share, or send marketing emails.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and performance.
Your rights
Email me to see, change, or delete any data I have about you. I'll respond within 7 days.

Deposits
The 50% project deposit is non-refundable once work starts.
Before design approval
If you cancel before approving the first design round, you owe only the deposit. No further charges.
After design approval
Once you approve the design, the full project amount is due even if you cancel.
Monthly maintenance
You can cancel anytime. No refunds for the current month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Disputes
Email me first at northsoundstudio1@gmail.com. I respond within 24 hours and want to make things right before any chargeback.
